My partner and I stayed for 2 nights B&B. A lovely quiet street just off the main promenade. Theres a bus and tram stop basically across the road. Check in was quick. Room was very clean; nicely decorated and well presented with a comfortable double bed. Able to see the beach from the bedroom window. Cooked breakfast was served quickly and very good. All residents were respectful and friendly during our stay. Mark who runs the B&B single handedly works extremely hard as he opened the B&B just 2 months ago. He's friendly, helpful and most accommodating. All round it was a most pleasent experience and 1 in which we will definitely do again. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants ro stay in a nicer part of Blackpool whilst still enjoying all the fun of the fair and attractions coupled with the local amenities. Thanks again Mark and see you again soon

We stayed here with our three children when attending Nickelodeon slimfest, we originally had booked online at another hotel, when we got there we decided to look elsewhere We called on the off chance and it was our luck that someone had not turned up on a coach that booked several rooms. The owners are lovely and was extremely helpful, it's a really nice comfortable, friendly hotel, nice comfy rooms with on suite. The price of the drinks is very reasonable too. Cooked breakfast was inc with the price and again was really nice. Would highly reccomend to anyone going to Blackpool.

When we arrived, there was no parking outside, but there was a pay and display on the next street it cost 12 quid for 24 HRS, but this wasn't stated when booking the rooms aren't 2 bad. The bed was comfy, but the toilet and shower were outdated and very small also the hot water was only like warm but hot enough for a shower and there was no wardrobe in our room, which was the top floor attic room number 11 mark the host was nice and polite but there was no breakfast offered the morning after i don't know if we paid for this or not but for the money we paid 60 per room per night x2 I'm not complaining we got what we paid for when checking out no one was there so we just left the key card on the desk I would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting Black Pool cheers
